TO 6 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MCARTHUR...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. VERY HEAVY RAIN
WILL FALL FROM THESE STORMS...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS

AT 815 PM EDT...THUNDERSTORMS LOCATED 7 MILES WEST OF SOMERSET ARE
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND PRODUCING MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN.
RAIN GAUGES NEAR SOMERSET AND NEW LEXINGTON INDICATE HEAVY RAINFALL
OF UP TO 2.5 INCHES FELL EARLIER THIS EVENING. THE ADDITIONAL RAIN
FROM THE CURRENT STORM WILL QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND SMALL
STREAMS THAT ARE STILL BE RUNNING HIGH.
