AT 713 PM EDT...THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER AN AREA JUST EAST AND SOUTHEAST OF DAILY...ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTH OF ELKINS IN THE CHEAT MOUNTAIN AREA. THIS HAS PRODUCED OVER 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL. THIS WILL CAUSE STREAMS AND CREEKS TO QUICKLY RISE TO BANKFULL WITH SOME WATER PROBLEMS IN LOW LYING AREAS AND AREAS OF POOR DRAINAGE.
