FOG...MOTORISTS WILL NEED TO BE ALERT FOR RAPID CHANGES IN
VISIBILITY AND TO REDUCE THEIR SPEED WHEN TRAVELING THROUGH THE
FOGGY AREAS.

THE FOG SHOULD LIFT AND DISSIPATE BETWEEN 9 AND 10 AM.
