THE SOUTH. THEY WERE MOVING SLOWLY NORTH AT 15 MPH.
HEAVY RAIN WILL POND WATER ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL DITCHES AND
SMALL STREAMS. INTENSE FREQUENT LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED FROM
