TIONESTA...CLARION...PUNXSUTAWNEY...BROOKVILLE...REYNOLDSVILLE... BROCKWAY 956 AM EST THU JAN 26 2012 ...POCKETS OF FREEZING RAIN POSSIBLE LATE THIS MORNING... TEMPERATURES FOR THE MAJORITY HAVE WARMED ABOVE FREEZING, WITH PRECIPITATION TURNING OVER TO RAIN. HOWEVER, THERE STILL ARE A FEW POCKETS WHERE TEMPERATURES ARE NEAR OR JUST BELOW FREEZING.
