THE AFTERNOON. A FEW OF THESE STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG, WITH SMALL
HAIL BEING THE PRIMARY THREAT. DUE TO WEAK UPPER-LEVEL WINDS,
STORM MOVEMENT WILL BE SLOW, AND HEAVY RAINFALL IS LIKELY WITH THE
STRONGER CELLS.
