THE COLDER AIR WILL CHANGE RAIN TO SNOW IN THE AFTERNOON. IT WILL BE COLD ENOUGH FOR SNOW ACCUMULATIONS IN NORTHERN SECTIONS AND IN THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU REGION DURING THE AFTERNOON.
