* AT 302 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND
  DESTRUCTIVE WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH. THE STORM WAS NEAR
  COLLINWOOD...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 30 MPH.
