.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

.THUNDERSTORM IMPACT...
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OVER
THE REGION INTO THE AFTERNOON AND MOVE QUICKLY EASTWARD AROUND 20
TO 25 MPH ACROSS EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA AND OFFSHORE. DRY AIR AND
COLDER TEMPERATURES ALOFT MAY SUPPORT A FEW STRONG TO MARGINALLY
SEVERE STORMS INTO MID TO LATE AFTERNOON. THE MAIN THREATS FROM
THIS ACTIVITY WILL BE STRONG WIND GUSTS INTO EXCESS OF 40
MPH...SMALL HAIL...AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.

.MARINE THUNDERSTORM GUST IMPACT...
SCATTERED LIGHTNING STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND
GUSTS AROUND 34 KNOTS ON INLAND LAKES...THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY
AND THE NEARSHORE WATERS THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. BOATERS
SHOULD KEEP AN EYE TO THE WESTERN SKY FOR FAST APPROACHING STORMS
AND SEEK SAFE HARBOR UNTIL THE STORMS PASS YOUR LOCATION.

.FIRE WEATHER IMPACT...
ALTHOUGH LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL NOT BE A CONCERN TODAY...GUSTY
SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS ABOVE 15 MPH WILL ENHANCE FIRE SPREAD
FOR EXISTING AND ANY DEVELOPING BRUSH FIRES THIS AFTERNOON.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.
CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THURSDAY AS
A FRONTAL BOUNDARY STALLS OVER NORTH FLORIDA...THEN SAGS SLOWLY
SOUTH INTO THE PENINSULA LATE WEEK. SCATTERED STORMS ARE EXPECTED
FRIDAY THROUGH MONDAY.
