DEVELOP AGAIN TODAY. THE STORMS WILL HAVE THE CAPABILITY OF
PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL BRINGING LOCALIZED FLOODING OF LOW LYING
AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AS WELL AS STRONG TO MARGINALLY SEVERE
WIND GUSTS.
