A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO TRACK ACROSS NORTH
CAROLINA ON WEDNESDAY. THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE
STRONG TO POSSIBLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS...AS WELL AS A PERIOD OF
HEAVY RAIN. THE MAIN THREATS WILL BE DAMAGING WINDS AND AN
ISOLATED TORNADO. RESIDENTS ARE URGED TO MONITOR THIS DEVELOPING
WEATHER SITUATION.
