MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WEST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

THERE WILL BE A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON OVER
SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND MOST OF WEST TEXAS.  ANY THUNDERSTORMS
THAT DO DEVELOP WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY FREQUENT LIGHTNING.  A FEW
STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE...WITH GUSTY WINDS BEING THE MAIN THREAT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER
ALL OF SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND WEST TEXAS THURSDAY THROUGH
SATURDAY.   AT THIS TIME...SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED...BUT
HEAVY RAINFALL IS LIKELY.   THIS MAY CAUSE LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING
OF LOW LYING AREAS.
