  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM
  WANILLA TO TILTON...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 5 MPH. ESTIMATED RADAR     
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS...ON THE ORDER OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES...HAVE       
  OCCURRED IN THE PAST TWO HOURS.
