  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM
  HOUSE TO DECATUR...MOVING SLOWLY SOUTH AT 5 MPH. ESTIMATED RADAR   
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS...ON THE ORDER OF 2 TO 3 INCHES...HAVE OCCURRED   
  IN THE PAST HOUR.
