HAZARDS: LIGHTNING...HAIL...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH AND
BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL.

TIMING: THE BEST CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL COME THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING.

DISCUSSION: AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL TRACK INTO THE OHIO
VALLEY WITH THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING BY MIDDAY. SCATTERED
