HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE AREA. AT THIS TIME...AVERAGE RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED WITH LOCALIZED 4 INCH AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. IN GENERAL THE HIGHEST RAINFALL TOTALS ARE EXPECTED IN AREAS SOUTH OF A CROCKETT TO CALDWELL LINE. CHANCES OF SEVERE WEATHER ARE FAIRLY LOW AS INSTABILITY WILL BE LIMITED. HOWEVER...HIGHER INSTABILITY WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG THE COAST WHERE WINDS FIELDS MAY SUPPORT ROTATING THUNDERSTORMS WHICH COULD PRODUCE A BRIEF TORNADO.
