ACROSS THE NORTH CAROLINA MOUNTAINS AND DRIFT SOUTH INTO THE UPPER
SAVANNAH RIVER VALLEY. THE MAIN THREATS WILL BE BRIEF HEAVY RAIN
AND CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. SOME OF THE STORMS MAY PRODUCE
BRIEF GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL.
