* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* AT 323 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS WERE
  TRACKING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HALF DOLLAR
  SIZE HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS
  LOCATED NEAR JACKSON...AND MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
