* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JACKSON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA
  NOBLES COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 1000 PM CDT

* AT 343 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED THUNDERSTORMS   
  WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. ONE OBSERVER 
  REPORTED 1.20 INCHES OF RAINFALL IN JUST 20 MINUTES BETWEEN
  3 AND 330 PM. DOPPLER RADAR ALSO ESTIMATES 1.5 TO 2.0 INCHES OF 
  RAIN ALONG THE I 90 CORRIDOR IN JACKSON COUNTY. BY THE TIME THE 
  STORMS EXIT...2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN COULD LIKELY OCCUR IN THE 
  WARNED AREA...ESPECIALLY IN JACKSON COUNTY THROUGH THE LATE 
  AFTERNOON HOURS. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
