WITH PRECIPITABLE WATER VALUES ABOVE 1.8 INCHES...IT IS POSSIBLE FOR RAINFALL RATES TO EXCEED 1 INCH PER HOUR...WITH LOCALLY HEAVIER AMOUNTS.
