* AT 701 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS HAVE
  DETERMINED THAT RAINFALL ESTIMATES FROM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATE SLOW
  MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS FAYETTE       
  COUNTY. ESTIMATED RADAR RAINFALL AMOUNTS RANGED FROM 2 TO 3 INCHES 
  WITHIN THE PAST HOUR. ADDITIONAL ONE OR TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL ARE 
  POSSIBLE AS THE STORMS MOVE EAST NORTHEAST AND AWAY FROM THE       
  FAYETTE COUNTY AREA WITHIN THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
