* AT 425 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS HAVE
  DETERMINED THAT RAINFALL ESTIMATES FROM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATE SLOW
  MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED    
  AREA. DOPPLAR RADAR ESTIMATES OF ONE TO ONE AND HALF INCHES OF     
  RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN SOUTHEASTERN WILLIAMSON COUNTY.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
