* A RIVER FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PLUM CREEK IN WESTERN CALDWELL COUNTY...

* UNTIL 930 AM CST.

* AT 642 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS HAVE   
DETERMINED THAT HEAVY RAINFALL HAVE CAUSED PLUM CREEK TO RISE 
ABOVE THE FLOOD STAGE OF 14 FEET. THE RIVER IS NOW AT 18.8 FEET.
THE RIVER SHOULD RISE TO NEAR 20 FEET LATER THIS MORNING.
