DEVELOP THIS EVENING EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER...BUT LATEST
INDICATIONS SUGGEST THE BEST CHANCE FOR STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS WILL
OCCUR TO THE EAST AND SOUTHEAST OF THE OUTLOOK AREA TONIGHT.
