THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST MINNESOTA AND
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

RECORD FLOODING CONTINUES ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE NORTHLAND...WITH
THE TWIN PORTS REGION ONE OF THE HARDEST HIT...ALONG WITH
PORTIONS OF THE NORTH SHORE OF LAKE SUPERIOR. NUMEROUS ROADS HAVE
BEEN CLOSED IN THE TWIN PORTS REGION. SEVERAL RIVERS WERE
EXPECTED TO CREST NEAR ALL TIME RECORD LEVELS. MANY FLOOD WARNINGS
AND STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN ISSUED...SO SEE THEM FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
SHOWERS AND STORMS WERE REDEVELOPING THIS AFTERNOON...AND WILL
IMPACT FAR EASTERN MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST WISCONSIN. THE HEAVIEST
RAIN WILL OCCUR OVER NORTHWEST WISCONSIN...WHERE LOCALLY 1-2
INCHES IS POSSIBLE THROUGH THE EVENING.

IN ADDITION TO THE FLOODING AND HEAVY RAIN POTENTIAL...IS THE RISK
FOR SEVERE STORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING OVER MUCH OF
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN. THE MAIN THREATS ARE DAMAGING WIND AND LARGE
HAIL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

FLOODING WILL CONTINUE FOR SEVERAL DAYS.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE OVER PORTIONS OF THE NORTHLAND AGAIN
THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. COVERAGE AND STORM INTENSITY WILL BE
MUCH LOWER THAN WHAT OCCURRED TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY.
