GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH. FURTHER WEST ACROSS CARBON COUNTY...ISOLATED
TO WIDELY SCATTERED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS
AFTERNOON WITH WIND GUSTS TO 65 MPH AND QUARTER SIZED HAIL
