NORTHWESTERN BEDFORD...SOUTHERN CAMBRIA AND SOUTHWESTERN BLAIR
COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 PM EDT...

AT 926 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS NEAR SIDMAN...MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM. VERY HEAVY RAIN
OF BETWEEN ONE HALF...AND ONE INCH WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM IN JUST
30 MINUTES...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND FILL POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS. THE RAIN WILL CAUSE RAPID RISES ON SMALL STREAMS AND
CREEKS. THIS STORM WILL AFFECT DUNLO...OGLETOWN...BLUE KNOB STATE
PARK...QUEEN...OSTERBURG AND WOODBURY.

THIS WILL IMPACT THE FOLLOWING CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA INTERSTATES...THE
PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 133 AND 135...I-99 BETWEEN
