THE EARLY AFTERNOON AS A STRONG COLD FRONT APPROACHES THE REGION.
DUE TO STRONG DEEP LAYER SHEAR AND WEAK INSTABILITY...THERE WILL
BE THE POTENTIAL FOR DAMAGING WINDS. ISOLATED TORNADOES ARE ALSO
POSSIBLE...MAINLY ACROSS THE EASTERN MIDLANDS AND PEE DEE REGION.
