  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF HARTLAND...

* UNTIL 245 PM EDT

* AT 200 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 15 MILES SOUTH OF HARTLAND...OR
  NEAR TORRINGTON...AND WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
