AREAS OF SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE
REGION TODAY AND EXIT THE AREA TONIGHT. RAINFALL AMOUNTS MAY
EXCEED ONE-HALF INCH IN THE VALLEYS AND ONE INCH IN THE MOUNTAINS.
THIS WILL CAUSE RIVERS...CREEKS...AND STREAMS TO SWELL TO NEAR
BANKFULL TODAY AND TONIGHT...AND SOME OF THE SMALLER TRIBUTARIES
MAY BRIEFLY GO INTO FLOOD.
