LOWER MICHIGAN. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED...THOUGH SOME
OF THE STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 40
MPH...SMALL HAIL...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS.
