THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTHERN CRAWFORD 
COUNTY...MOVING NORTHEAST. THERE HAVE BEEN REPORTS OF WATER OVER PARTS
OF HIGHWAY 59 IN NORTHERN CRAWFORD COUNTY.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
