  NORTHERN MADISON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS...

* UNTIL 430 PM CDT

* AT 1244 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. 2 TO 4 
INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS ALREADY OCCURRED WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 
INCHES POSSIBLE. AREAL FLOODING IS ALREADY OCCURRING ACROSS 
NORTHWESTERN CARROLL COUNTY NEAR BEAVER DUE TO RELEASES FROM BEAVER 
LAKE...AND ANY ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL WORSEN THIS SITUATION

AT 315 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
AREAS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. 2 TO 4 
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN AND FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS 
WILL LIKELY CONTINUE. A PORTION OF HIGHWAY 62 IN CARROLL COUNTY HAS 
COLLAPSED AS A RESULT OF THE FLOODING.

THE HEAVY RAIN HAS ALSO CAUSED THE POOL ELEVATION AT BEAVER LAKE IN 
NORTHWESTERN CARROLL COUNTY TO CONTINUE TO RISE...RESULTING IN THE 
NEED FOR ADDITIONAL RELEASES BEGINNING AT 4 PM. THIS WILL LEAD TO 
FAST RISES ALONG THE WHITE RIVER DOWNSTREAM OF THE DAM...AND THE
