SURFACE LOW WILL BE DEVELOPING IN NORTHWEST TEXAS...BRINGING
STRONG GUSTY SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS AND WARM TEMPERATURES. AVOID
OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES THAT PRODUCE A SPARK OR OPEN FLAME. DISPOSE OF
CIGARETTES SAFELY.
