DOWN TO THE SURFACE ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS AND THE DOWN WIND
NORTH SLOPES. WINDS HAVE BEEN GUSTING UP TO 40 MPH IN TAZEWELL AND
ACROSS THE HIGHER RIDGES. WITH THE WET GROUND...IT IS POSSIBLE THAT
