MOVEMENT...WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH LATE THIS EVENING. THE SLOW
STORM MOVEMENT WILL RESULT IN LOCALLY VERY HEAVY RAINFALL IN A
SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME...AND A RESULTANT THREAT OF LOCALIZED FLOODING.
THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL ALSO POSE A THREAT OF STRONG TO SEVERE
WIND GUSTS AND HAIL TO AROUND ONE INCH IN DIAMETER THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING.
