SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH GUSTY WINDS HAIL AND HEAVY RAIN ALONG A
LINE EXTENDING FROM 3 MILES WEST OF NEWBURG TO 22 MILES WEST OF
PLEASANT RUN...MOVING EAST AT 60 MPH.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE WIND GUSTS OVER 40 MPH...HAIL...AND
HEAVY RAIN. THE RAIN CAN BE HEAVY ENOUGH TO CAUSE PONDED WATER ON
ROADS AND IN LOW LYING AREAS. VISIBILITY CAN BE REDUCED. THERE CAN
ALSO BE A SHORT PERIOD OF FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
