BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE

THAT THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAD MOVED EAST OF THE WARNED AREA. HOWEVER... 
RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINS SATURDAY EVENING MAY CONTINUE TO RESULT IN 
RISING WATERS...ESPECIALLY IN SMALLER CREEKS...STREAMS...AND 
DRAINAGE SYSTEMS PRONE TO FLASH FLOODING. LOCALIZED WATER PROBLEMS 
REMAIN A CONCERN GIVEN THE ALREADY SATURATED GROUNDS IN PLACE.

IN HILLY TERRAIN THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHICH ARE
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY RAIN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS
FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES. IT TAKES ONLY A FEW INCHES OF
SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES AWAY.
