THUNDERSTORM OUTLOOK...
SCATTERED STRONG STORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT BUT
ORGANIZED SEVERE WEATHER IS UNLIKELY.

DISCUSSION...
AN UPPER-LEVEL STORM WILL MOVE FROM THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN STATES ACROSS
THE PLAINS TONIGHT. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER WEST
TEXAS AND THE PANHANDLE ARE EXPECTED TO PROGRESS EASTWARD THIS
EVENING AND OVERNIGHT. ALTHOUGH AMPLE WIND SHEAR WILL BE SEEN OVER
THE REGION...INSTABILITY WILL BE LACKING AFTER SUNDOWN. A FEW OF THE
STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG ENOUGH TO PRODUCE FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...AND SMALL HAIL...BUT SEVERE
WEATHER CHANCES WILL BE LOW. THE GREATEST CHANCE FOR STRONG STORMS
WILL BE ACROSS SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN NORTH TEXAS.
