LAWTON. SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN MANY 
LOCATIONS...AND MORE RAIN WILL CAUSE SIGNIFICANT FLOODING PROBLEMS 
IN LOW LYING AREAS.

  CITY...MOORE...NORTHWESTERN NORMAN AND OKLAHOMA CITY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT DRIVE VEHICLES INTO
