MELTING SNOW IN THE MOUNTAINS COMBINED WITH THE THREAT OF LOCAL
MODERATE RAINFALL THIS WEEK WILL RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT RISES ON
STREAMS...CREEKS...AND LAKES WITH ADDITIONAL FLOODING POSSIBLE.
