DRYING NORTH TO INHIBIT CONVECTION...SO WILL DROP POPS BELOW 15
THERE WHILE KEEPING CHANCE TO SLIGHT CHANCE POPS SOUTH AND CENTRAL
IN VICINITY OF THE BOUNDARY. WILL MAKE A FEW TWEAKS TO
SKY...TEMPS...AND DEW POINTS AS WELL.  UPDATE OUT SOON.
