REDUCE VISIBILITY AS LOW AS ONE QUARTER MILE IN SOME PLACES AS A
STRONG ARCTIC COLD FRONT CROSSES NORTHWEST UPPER MICHIGAN. UP TO AN
INCH OR TWO OF SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE BY NOON. THE SNOW SHOWERS WILL
DIMINISH THIS AFTERNOON...BUT SOUTHWEST WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH WILL
CAUSE BLOWING SNOW AND RESTRICTED VISIBILITY AT TIMES. PLAN ON
HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS TO DEVELOP AGAIN THIS EVENING AS THE WIND SHIFTS
MORE TO THE WEST.
