SEA BREEZE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON NEAR THE COAST...THEN INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY BY LATE AFTERNOON ACROSS THE INTERIOR AS NUMEROUS BOUNDARY INTERACTIONS OCCUR. THE PRIMARY HAZARD WILL BE LIGHTNING STRIKES...WHICH WILL BE FREQUENT IN ISOLATED STRONG STORMS. .FLOOD IMPACT... AT 228 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG WIND GUSTS OVER SAINT LUCIE WEST... MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH.
