DESPITE CONSIDERABLE MID AND UPPER CLOUDINESS...SUFFICIENT HEATING WILL STILL BE ABLE TO COMBINE WITH A TROPICALLY MOIST ATMOSPHERE TO PRODUCE SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. DUE TO A MEASURE OF OFFSHORE WIND FLOW...THE EAST COAST SEA BREEZE WILL BE SLOWER TO DEVELOP WITH INLAND PROPAGATION SLOWER AS WELL. WINDS INCLUDE MELBOURNE BEACH...MICCO...SEBASTIAN INLET...AND VERO

THE PRIMARY THREAT WILL BE CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES AND
