DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS
IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF
CANAL POINT...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
