DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL WILL BE THE MAIN CONCERNS...ALTHOUGH ISOLATED TORNADOES CANNOT BE RULED OUT. THE THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING WILL CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE MORNING HOURS. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MIDDAY OVER MUCH OF ARKANSAS. AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE.
