4 AM EDT...

AT 253 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR WINSLOW...AND MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. THIS
STORM WILL BRING VERY HEAVY RAIN AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH TO
DUBOIS COUNTY. OTHER STORMS ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN INDIANA WILL BRING
SCATTERED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND GUSTY WINDS TO PORTIONS OF
CRAWFORD...ORANGE AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...VERY HEAVY RAIN WITH RAINFALL
RATES OF AROUND ONE INCH PER HOUR REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN
ONE MILE...AND GUSTY WINDS OF AROUND 35 TO 40 MPH...ARE EXPECTED
