COMBINE WITH NORTHWEST WINDS AROUND 10 MPH TO PRODUCE WIND CHILL
VALUES IN THE 20 TO 25 DEGREE RANGE THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS.

A DRIER AIRMASS AND GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL SET THE STAGE FOR
DANGEROUS FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON.
