* AT 750 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 18 MILES SOUTH OF TRIBUNE...AND WAS MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.
